    Sanyo Denki stepper motot driver failed

    Hi everybody,
    I bought 3 Sanyo Denki (103H7126-1740) stepper motors to build a CNC but I got some problems with drivers, I tried the L297+L298 stepper driver but the L298 gets hot after a while and burn out, then I tried the L297+ 2XL6230 which turn off once hot, I also tried PIC microcontroller + Mosfets (TIP161&TIP145) but the mosfets burn out after few minutes. I'm trying to make them work fine months ago with no result.
    The motors scpecifications are:
    - Bipolar
    - Current: 4 A
    - Grade: 1.8 ° + / - 0.09 °
    - Holding torque: 165 Ncm
    - Resistance: 0.48 Ohms
    - Inductance: 2.2 mH
    - inertia: 360 Kgm ² x 10 -7
    - Theoretical acceleration: 45,800 rad x sec -2
    - Constant voltage: 31 V / krpm
    - Weight: 1 Kg

    Help me pleaaaaaaaaaaaase :'(, thank you verry much.

    The DIY open source THB6064 is a perfect candidate for a 4Amp and 2.2mH motor.

    Almost everybody uses full partkits, some only a PCB and chip.
    I can supply the chip only, please send a PM if you need some.

    @H500:
    That link is automatically created by CNCzone to one of their sponsers for additional income, it's not a link to his steppers, the spec's are in the first post. I have been confused by this for a while also, you can turn most of these auto-created-links off in the user control panel.

    @scalance:
    Your first post showed that you are a DIY guy, that's why I linked to a DIY solution wich is a good drive for these motors.
    There are other drives: Gecko G540, Leadshine... but these aren't cheap.

    ?????????????
    On that page there's : 416073 Replacement THB6064AH chip.
    Click on that and there it is: 6064 Stepper Motor Driver (CHIP ONLY!)

    A few posts back you said the same, I then replied:
    "I can supply the chip only, please send a PM if you need some. "

    What more do you need?

    International banktransfer should work, easy with IBAN account numbers.
