Hello everyone,

I would be extremely thankful if someone has a Post Processor for a Haas Lathe with live tooling / c-axis on it. I would obviously pay you for it, but I'd really like to see that it's compatible with the C-axis, so that we can start cutting some of our more complex parts in the lathe, instead of putting it in one of our VMC's.

Edit: I would like it to be Metric.

Did you ever find a post for your Haas live tooling lathe? We just bought an ST10-y and use Surfcam. Surfcam is wanting to charge us quite a bit to write us a post, and then wants to charge us for them to show us how to use it, even tho we are on their maintenance program. I have modified a Haas mill post that takes care of all of the milling with the live tools, but, I have yet to be able to get it to output X & C for drilling tho. The post from Surfcam works well for turning with only a few mods. Let me know if you find anything, Ill let you know what I can find as well.

I've got a Haas lathe post with live tooling. Cant remember if it's just C or if it's got a Y axis too.

Edgecam been doing some good work with Haas in the US so you should contact your Edgecam rep as first port of call. I can speak from experience that Edgecam works well with Haas lathes.
