Cool Syil - Slant bed lathe

    Syil,

I see on your web site there are a lot of new machines being released. I am interested in the new Eco Series slant bed lathe. Is there any infomation on them? Any photos, particularly of the frame of the machine so we can see the level of engineering. What are the options available?
Any info would be appreciated and I would think a lot of readers of this forum would appreciate a little more communication from Syil on what new equipment is available.

This is one time I will say I would lilke to see some advertising, never thought I would be saying that.

    Thanks in advance
    Greg

    Neil,

One dealer in Australia is "Titan Machinery" in NSW.
I have not asked for any info from Titan. Was hoping the Syil web site could have WORKING links to machine brochures - the links for the "slant bed" lathe go to the X7 mill ????. I would like to see photos of the casting during manufacture to get a better idea of construction before I bothered the dealer.

Link to machine I would like to know more about
    "http://www.syil.com.cn/en/productShow.asp?id=543"

Photo at the very top of the page seams to show a "flat bed" machine. Text says its a "slant bed". The links to the brochures do not work.

Syil, is it possible to get photos of the castings?

Yeah, Syil. Quit passing the buck. Tell him info is not yet ready. Or since you redirected him to His continent, then there must be info, right?
I apologize if I seem like I might be flaming, but I feel the answer from Syil was insufficient to say the least.
I might be interested in such a lathe myself, but...

The other AND original dealer for Syil here is Toolmach

The AEX300L is not cheap by the time we get it here and of course pay all the exhorbidant charges from maritime and land transport, customs and freight forwarders plus the government. Pricing can be different depending on what port we get the machine delivered to each seems to have their own charges. A rough idea of one landed here in Brisbane will be around $19,500 inc GST ready to be freighted to the customer or a pickup by them.
