    Question Serial/digital encoders

Hello, I wonder if the current VSD-E drivers can use these encoders: DMM Technology Corp. sitting on their AC servos.
They seem to be SPI/UART when connected to the computer for saving the absolute positions, but when its used as an encoder for the closed loop?
The new drivers seem to support serial/digital encoders and have open source firmware, is it possible to use that firmware with the VSD-E?

    Thanks.

I checked the communication specs and it indeed looks possible to use with Argon drive with custom written support for their SPI protocol. VSD-E doesn't support serial data encoders.
