RFQ - two parts fabricated from 1/2 x 1" x 6" steel using slitting saw

I have two parts that I would like fabricated from steel. I've designed the parts so that they should be able to be fabricated using 1/32" slitting saws (possibly ganged) and from 1/2" x 1" x 6" bar.

The two units are part of a press that squeezes thin plastic and embosses it with a pattern. I would like to replace the parts in order to change the pattern. (The two pieces that I need do not interact with one another, each presses onto a flat receiving surface).

The top surface of the pattern needs to be a flat plane. The pattern itself doesn't require an excessive level of accuracy - I'm assuming +/- .005" is reasonable to achieve?

The hole sizes are sized for tapping M8 1.25 thread.

All dimensions in inches and fractions of an inch.

Destination: Vancouver, BC or Blaine, WA 98230

Please message me via this site if you have any interest.

    Thanks.
    Rusty

If made from 1" x .5" x 1 1/4 rectangle does the .5" width have to be machined or can it be left whatever raw stock is? In other words just planning on machining both of 1" sides.
