HI all, we just purchased a older mori seiki AL2 AT.
The proble is we got no manuals at all.
What we need is the Ladder diagram for this machine.
We have a wiring diagram from other AL 2 machine. But ther is no
cross reference to the addresses in the ladder.
This machine had a bar feeder attached before.
When we do a M10 chuck clamp is good. but M11 uclamp , it is waiting for a fin signal.
I can see the ladder but there are no comment in there , kinda hard to troubleshoot.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure the chuck prox switches are adjusted correctly on the unclamp cylinder? Is there a toggle switch inside the cabinet to turn off the barfeeder interface? If all those are correct, someone hacked in to the unclamp switch, so with a wiring diagram it should be easy to find.
