Hi Everybody,

I would like to get a quote for one-off part made out of Aluminium.

I attached the drawings that I did myself in SolidWorks. I also exported the parts in DXF and DWG. Since I am not a professional please let me know if I need to provide anything else.

I am based in Sydney so please include the transport cost in the quote.

Do you mind putting up cost and place you ended up getting it from?

It's always so damn hard finding places to do this stuff that doesn't cost a fortune. Closest I found some time back for 1800 x 600 x 20 alu plate was $900 for the plate, and around $1200 to waterjet/whatever a grid of 6mm diamater holes on a 100mm x 100mm grid.
