I had a problem with my spindle and sent the whole quill assembly to the mfg. for repair. I got it back and re-assembled it. Now, it seems that there is a tiny bit of vibration. This is them the tool is running freely without touching anything. Maybe I'm just looking too hard, but I could have sworn that it was perfectly smooth before I sent it out.
I made a few cuts and they seem to be nice and smooth. Is a very small amount of vibration normal?
My machine is pretty much identical to the Grizzley G3103. It's a knee mill.
