    Yaskawa SGM and SGD

Just acquired some Yaskawa SGM-02B312 servomotors and SGD-012BP servopacks and was looking to see how to connect to computer and control with Mach3.
I've seen a few other threads with this combo but none as specific as I think I'm going to need as I don't have a clue about servos, always used steppers.
The motors have the cables intact and plug directly into the drivers so I am hoping is all I need to do is make the connection to the computer .
A schematic from parallel port to controller or from BOB to controller and a basic idea of mach3 settings would put me a lot closer to getting this working. I would try my usual hit and miss approach but I don't want the magic smoke to leak out of anything.
    Thanks for any help
    Clint

While I'm at it I might as well ask this one too. I also found a Yaskawa SGMS-50A6AB no controller. Looks to be in the 6 hp range. Any chance this would be something to run the spindle on my Van Norman #22 mill which at some point I intend to cnc.
