I was wondering if there is a way to add several passes to the mill-chamfering cycle... so far i have to use profiling and create a dummy rough- endmill with the small dia of the bevel mill as the tool size. it works but when i try to do the simulation it doesn't represent what is actually being done. it would actually work if the profiling cycle would allow me to use a chamfer mill when selecting tools but it only allows rough and finish endmills....l

At this time the way you are doing it is the correct way. The chamfer features does a single pass and the profile feature doesn't let you call a chamfer tool. We are working to add all the tool types for all tool path features, it's just not ready yet.

In the BobCAM V3 we did add Tapered, T-cutter, Dove Mill and Lollipop for 2D features.
