VMX42 with dual screen Ultimax.
On the drawing display the cursor cross is on the far left side of the display, no movement when trying to go the right (or left), only up and down motion when ball is rolled in that direction.
We have replaced the track ball with 1 new part and a known good unit, neither unit fixed the problem.
Hurco suggests another brand new unit at over $2000.
I am half tempted to see if I could plug in a serial mouse into the computer in the electrical cabinet (if I can even find a serial mouse anymore!)
