Hello everyone,

Julio here from Zion Tools Inc., recently I have been troubleshooting a Morbidelli Author 600 machine routing CNC Machinning Center. Today I was able to turn on the power, home the machine, and calibrate successfully all the axis, X, Y, and Z axis. However when starting a program in Xilog on the machine, it gives me several errors:

Replace Battery
PLC - X servo
PLC - Y servo
PLC - Z servo

I have also check out the Air Pressure on the machine and have not been able to determine what is the next step on machining in this type of machine. Does anyone one how to go about in operating this machine from basic setup and running at least one program so I could go ahead and continue by my own?! Is this possible with these kind of machines?! Many thanks for your help and I will revise this thread again tomorrow to give exact details of the errors. Many thanks again.

First thing I would do is replace the battery.

You might want to call SCM and see if they can help.
