Hi all just wondered if any of you have seen this problem?

I'm milling a simple external rectangle, 503mm X 550mm and I'm using G42 comp. (on a HURCO BMC30 Ulitmax 3)

All is fine except when the machine come to the edge of the rectangle to move down the other side it's rounding the corners of the part.

I know it's G42 that's doing it, as when G42 is removed it cuts square corners.
Apart from that it cuts as expected.

Any ideas?

Your tool size sounds incorrect.
