    G540 Red light = Fault.

its been a couple of months since i turned the machine on. Its not been plugged into the mains...
its a small wood router with a Gecko 540 thats showing a red light.

I have moved the machine home as i wanted to try probing a part i wish to make. but i cant get a thing to move. all i get is a red light showing Fault on the Gecko.

the pc is the same unit. the machine is the same since i last used it.

I dont know if someone else has tried turning it on and messing with it, (i do doubt it) but since ive brought it home. i have unplugged everything and set it back up again.

I double checked all the cables (though im human and have been known to miss the obvious so dont feel you need to hold back the dumb the stupid or the obvious)

just not sure what to check next.

The parrallel port is on EPP 1.7, (1.9 is avilable)

    any clues peeps???

im stumped and stuck as to what do to next.
