Hi,

I do a bunch of plate-work. Most of it is .155" acrylic sheet. After buying the machine, my customer-base has changed, and I need to fab longer pieces. I'm familiar with using dowels, and repositioning the part, but it's slow and a pain in the butt. I also machine the perimeters on every part, so that makes using dowels even slower. I understand that I would need to create two programs, and machine one with the slide all the way left, and then the second program with the slide all the way right.

There won't be a lot of stress on the part during machining because the material is so thin, and I'm not running full-speed. Can I use one of the two options linked below?

I'm brand new to linear-equipment. Thanks for your time.
