Rolling a flat sheet metal part.

Kind of stumped, and i think there is an easy way to accomplish this. First i designed it flat. Then i forgot, you have to design it in its final state (same thing just rolled with a 4.25" radius), then turn it into sheet metal so you can "flatten" it. So i designed it rolled, but i couldn't get rid of the excess sheet metal cause it always wanted a fixed bend edge. There has to be an easier way..

If anyone could give me a tip, it would be great.

Add a sketch bend on top face along center line at R4.25 for 67 deg. Kind of a fudge but it is pretty close. Attachment 181506
