Check your tool change, every thing should be at home like magazine and ATC. If any signal is missing Z Axis wouldn't move. Check your signals.
    ATC Home.
    Tool Clamp
    POT up/down
    Magzine signals.

What is the Fanuc Model of your machine..
    There can be 2 reasons..
    1. Tool change cycle is not complete.
    2. There can be Z-Axis lock or Z-Axis move inhibit soft switch or Hard switch on the machine.

    Mr Durga
You have posted in Fanuc sub forum.
I was asking you machine is Fanuc control or some other NC control.
If it is Fanuc control than which model....

    Sorry to say Mr. Durga
I can't help you with your machine. I dont have experience in these machines.
But as per I per my knowledge may be there is some interlock which isn't not letting your spindle axis move.
But exactly I can't tell you because I have never seen those machines.
