    Matsuura MC 500 V alarm 04.27 z positionning error

Hello i'm newbie on this website and i'm french (i apologize for my franglish !). Last month i got a matsuura mc 500 v year 1981 with 4 axis. For information, i'm not a professional of metal working, i'm just an amateur ! The CNC controller is a yasnac 3000 G. I'm just finished to install the machine but i have a problem. After i make all the zero axis position in rapid (x,y,z and A) i try to move the axis in MDI mode. I can launch the spindle (s500 m03 for exemple) move the z axis (g00 z-50.) and it's ok. When i move the x, y or A axis, for exemple g00 x20., the x axis move but after 5 seconds an alarm message appear on the cn screen : 04.27 z positionning error. This is the alarm 27 but i don't know how to solve it ! I know since many year the precedent proprietary and he don't know this problem !

Do you have a solution to solve it ?

Thank you for you reply but i didn't catch all you say ! The code you posted it's a code who initialize the controller to fix the problem or it's just a code to test the machine ? To edit the code in the controller i think i put them an MDI mode or another ? This week i tested to move the x and y axis with G01 (work travel) and it's works find (no problem with the z alarm). Tomorrow (if i will have the time with my children) i will test your code ! Just for information i cry that the controller is yasnac M5 (not 3000 G).

This is to home the machine to give it a start position
Goo g90 g54 xo yo will move the machine to a work offset position
Goo g43 H1 z100.0 is to pick up toll offset for tool number one

be careful moving in any rapid--------put down to slow rapid speed and learn to pick up offsets from a manual first
