    converting to dxf

    hello
    I have a problem the programs i have access to will not convert this file to a cutable format dxf file. Can anybody help me.

    import into you cad and draw line by line over the drawing..
    if you have no cad then use draftsigth that also import bitmap and you can draw very easily..
    and save in dxf format..

    from there just a breeze to turn into 3d..

    sketchup has one model or two...
    possible some vectors also laying around somewhere..
