Hello I have a cnc machine Deawoo mynx. Tool change is completely lost. when i call a tool change ex: T01 M6 ... carousel moves before the machine tool go put the tools in the pocket and never takes the same position. Someone has an idea? thank you very much

Your electrical books have the ATC inputs and outputs...What is the status of those?

Do each of the I/O show a status change, where required, independently tested? (not a whole tool change procedure check, just a single I/O at a time)


...or what is the last thing it did "right" and the first thing it did "wrong" during the tool change process?

...also check tool data table for correct information? ...are you a "random pocket" or fixed pocket carousel?

i do nothing wrong juste a chip pas bewtwen the sensor and the carousel and is a fixed when whe try tu maque a toool change de carrousel move (rotate) before going put the older in the pocket
