    Unhappy RS232 no CNC connection with Xilog software.

    Hello Forum,

    Recently at the shop we went from an old computer which had install Xilog software. We backed up the software and all its parameters for it and bought a new computer for the Morbidelli 600K Machine. When we re-install all the software and parameters we have backed up, we get a no connection to the CNC error. What could be wrong?! How to I check to see if something have changed from the setup?! How to have access to the controller of the machine?! Currently we have Num 1040W controller 1998?! Is there any other software that could access this particular controller?! Many thanks.
