    alarm: 815375 turret turning not locked

    hi good day


    i have a problem with our machine Index G200. It happened after battery failure in CSB(siemens 840c) card. well i manage to install all machine data and it successful. but the only problem is Turret 2 ,when initialize for position, it rotates but when it stop it does lock.. we dont know what happened, well it seems the turret 1 no problem at all. and why this turret 2 does work as the same with turret 1..did we miss some parameters? or data ?. thanks hope someone had an experienced with this problem share it ...

    sorry for bothering this forum. but i got the problem , just loading some param in m19 offset S1 and S2, well thats it .. if some one encounter this problem dont hesitate to ask maybe i could help..
