    Cincinatti Milacron Retrofit Problems

I have a Cincinatti Milacron retrofitted with a Fanuc 21 control. It recently started throwing up the 411 alarm on X whenever it was taking a cut. Checked the motor it megs out fine and ballscrew turns pretty easy. While trying to get it to run the other day i could smell something burning. Powered down and opened cabinet and seen smoke coming from one of the boards. It is Siemens 6sc6100-0ga00 board. Two diodes (v379 and v380) are crisp. I bought another board haven't installed yet for fear of burning it as well. What could cause this? Bad Cables?

Check the motor from the drive end of the motor leads, that should tell you.

Motors and cables to motor look good.
