I'm just working on getting engraving fully functional with my mill and this was just what I needed, just when I needed it ;-)

I didn't explain what this had helped me with, I was having issues drag engraving small text, the slack in the system with my engraving adapter fitted was allowing straight corners to become curved and curves to become asymetrical.
Exploding the text and splitting it appropriately has allowed me to choose the start point and cutting direction thus minimising distortion and yielding useable results at 1.5mm height-
