Chinese 6090 router with DeskProto problem

    I have a Baileigh WR23 cnc router.It is a rebadged Chinese 6090. I can't say exactly which one.
It has the RZNC-0501 HBBC usb hand held control. I tried to use my stl files with DeskProto.
They seem to be ok on the usb drive, but the controller can't see them. The drive is a 512 mb
with fat 32 format. Iso files just don't seem to work.
Also the onboard files seem to work, but the bit is above the board, so it is carving air. I have
the C.A.D. for adjusting the Z axis. It touches the disk lightly than goes up,but not where it
shoul be.I have the multi axis version of DeskProto v6

    Hi Jeepers,
I just see that I never responded to this post: sorry about that.
    Is it still current ?
About the machine not seeing the NC files on the USB: I suppose that it is looking for a different file extension. You can rename the files to find out which, and then in the configurable postprocessor tell DeskProto to use that extension.
About the carving in air: have you set the same workpiece zero point as defined in DeskProto ?
    Lex.

what you describing that is the dsp control..
you can ask your seller, or looking for ebay an ncstudio card for your router, and breakout board...

that way you can use you hard drive instead a limited memory stick

SALE CNC Router Milling, CNC Laser, CNC plasma machine, China, Servo Motor Drive, UK, USA, Italy, Spain, Thailand

another one is the mach control

if you were using sure the 3 axis only, the ncstudio version better due to it don't using the main processor in your computer..
