Hey fellas!

So the company I'm working for recently bought a new Doosan 3100 LY with fanuc oi controller, and I'll be the one to run it.
I have a long experience working with fanuc/fanuc based controller though this will be the 1st time I'm going to run a Doosan. The machine has just arrived and still untouched. What I want to ask is if this machine has any special function that doesn't come with or any feature that needs to be enabled before you can use? I had some experience in the past where the special functions were not discussed by the seller (specially okuma) and after the machine got installed and ready to make some chips, we found out almost every feature that would make life easier is disabled by default and needs to be bought separately :P.

The "Blue book", located in a pocket in the electrical cabinet, has the exact specifications for your exact machine.

If not there, I can look-up the model and serial number of the machine and inform you of the options that it shipped with... (any option bought "aftermarket" would not be tracked via serial number.)

Darryl is correct.
Also, check the "Custom 1" page in the CNC. You will see a series of choices that are installed options and special functions.
