Mori Seiki SH 5000 not moves any axis

    Hi for all!
    Problem:
Mori Seiki SH 5000/40 with Fanuc 18i/MSG-501 control. (APC with 2 palets)
When turning on machine, system is booting and after massege "Open and close the door" when I open and closed the door turning on power for servo amps ATC and APC (SVU-20), in some seconds turning off it and after that turning on it again excepting APC servo amp.
Not any alarm or massage after that and not any movement.
Is there anybody who can explain me what may be the cause of this behavior?
    Thanks in advance!

APC servo amp won't show much until time for pallet change. Check the MPG and make sure it's snapped in to the holder tight.

The EX stands for External Alarm ( you can see the Details in ladder ) , Might be Check the Field Components / Fittings like , Air pressure / Proximity / Limits / Adjustments etc..

You will need to go to the PMM (power Motion Manager) and see what alarm is on the Beta power mate controller. Most likely a dead battery and need zero return.

    Hello Coldrex,

Did you find the procedure for pallet changer zero point setting ?
I'm having same error EX1664(319) with a SH4000 with 2 pallet changer with fanuc beta amplifier after replacing amplifier's fan.
