    Acramatic2100 help needed

We have bought used Cincinnati Milacron Arrow VMC-1250C
    System: MAI BV991201 NCX MV000504 SYS SY00504
    KOLLMORGEN SERVOSTAR APS 5000
Drives are Vickers AcramaticVECTOR AV1200, Vickers AcramaticServo AS10302, AS10301

It was working, but when we installed in our place the error message was displayed:
    APC new program.
Run off information: The APC application has not been loaded because the binary image file is empty.
    Severity 10: machine power off.

Later it dissappeared, but now, when I press Green button to start, I get two alarms:

    Alarm 39-53 Axes drive alarm
Cause:The axis drive has sensed a drive alarm
Input CR_AXES_ALRM (Input 100:00/30) is off

Alarm 39-47 Axes drive overload tripped
Cause: One of the axis motors is in an overload condition, and the drive has shut
down all the axes. If a Rotary axis is fitted, the fault could be with rotary axis
Input CR_AXES_OL (Input 100:00/29) is off

I have tried to replace all drives with dummy plugs, but nothing has changed.
    Any ideas are welcome.
