Hoping someone can help me out. Mazatrol T Plus. I have been having problems lately touching off tools on the tool eye. Every once in a while the machine will freeze with no alarms after I touch off and then try to zero return. Tool eye will stay down and I won't be able to send home all the way. In the past I have been able to shut down the machine and get it to go again. This time I'm having no luck. Any thoughts, ideas or help is appreciated. Thank you

The tool eye plunger is sticking in the down position. Spray some WD40 on the tool eye and push them in and out until they move freely. That should cure your problem.

I was at a different shop for a few days. Just tried what you suggested. I thought there was no way that was the problem. It worked! Thank you very much. I'm self teaching myself on this machine and slowly starting to like it. I'm sure I will be bugging you again about something on this machine. Thanks again.
