Fanuc 0-MD low ram parity error

I occasionally get an 901 alarm (low ram parity error). I solve the problem switching power off/on, then alarm 901 disappear an become alarm 101. Turn power off and turn it on while holding DELETE key(after setting PWE to 1). And everything ok until the next 901 alarm (it could take few days, few weeks or few months). But probably, one day, this procedure won't work and i want to be ready to react. So, what could be the cause? and what I will need to change?

    You mean 910?
The battery could be marginal, but I have not seen this problem disappearing by cycling the power. The memory board has the sram that generates the alarm.
    Probably the board is bad.
