VMC 4020 88HS X-Y motors take jerk on startup

    Hi everyone..
I am new to fadal machines...
I am working on a fadal VMC 4020 with 88 HS control.
When we on the machine, all the motors X, Y, Z takes jerk on startup.
We removed motor of X axis and checked and found motor on startup moves a little clockwise and then CCW, which makes jerk the bed with sound.
    Please help...

Fadal machines do move back and forth on power up, when the drives energize. This is normal. If the axis shakes violently, that is not normal, though only AC drive machines would show this type of problem, which means either the comp needs adjustment, or as a worse case, software update and possibly new amp boards.

    Thanks for reply....
We did tuning of servo amps. Now the jerk is reduced but not eleminated.
The main problem is the machine is used for dies.
Long programs are running. Whenever power goes off on again power on machine takes jerk and marks comes on the profile.
