Morning all,

First post on here, need help in getting our EIA programming G41 milling cutter radius compensation working correctly.

We can get radius comp to work in mazatrol programs but not in EIA ?
There are a number of parameters we have tried changing to see if we can get it to work but with no luck and we have also tried using various different EIA programming codes and formats, but with no luck. We have even tried calling the tool up in a Mazatrol program and jumping straight into an EIA program from it.

Does anyone have an example of a programming format you use and works and the parameters that the machine has been changed to to get it to work properly?

Our machine is an Integrex 200-IV S with Matrix control.

Not sure about the matrix control but the older mtpro has 2 sets of offsets. One is exclusive to mazatrol and the other one to EIA. Mazatrol offsets are on tool data page while EIA offsets/radius comp are on tool offset page. Kind of silly actually, having adjustments on mazatrol program, then you ran an EIA and all your offset adjustments won't get carried.
