Fanuc series o-m does not start up

I have a KIA V25P with Fanuc o-m. Recently in the morning when trying to turn the machine on at the head unit it will not startup right away. We have press the on and off buttons a million times it seems. We have replaced batteries. We took the side panel off and tested the on and off switches and they seem to be fine. Anyone have any ideas as to why it won't turn on right away anymore?

Ok I will have a look at that. The machine still operates it simply Will not power the Fanuc head unit on the first push of a button. If we shut the machine completely off and turn it right back on within 20 min or so of turning it off it Will power up and turn on as it should. If wait over night or beyond that 20 mark we have to press the on button several times. You believe this could be caused by a bad power supply or fuse?

I will confirm as soon as I can. Sorry I don't really know the lingo. Just a small family owned machine shop here. Can you briefly explain how to check the power supply? Even via email or private message.

I guess I should have posted earlier. Umm there was no alarm listed on the screen once we would get the machine to boot. We found out it was a faulty power supply. We did not know there was an alarm light on said power supply or we would have figured it out right away.. The power supply is down low in the cabinet no one noticed it until we went to preform tests given to me by nautomation.
