Hello,

Does anyone have a old service manual for a Milltronics VM16 ? I have a 1997 and a 1996 VM16. (( download ? ))

I'd like to also find a PARTS MANUAL if possible. (( download ? ))

Having trouble with the Parker Valves leaking.... The "muffler" is constantly blowing air / "leaking".

I don't think it's supposed to be constantly flowing air out. My Air Compressor is running constantly to try an keep up.

Any help or advice is appreciated.

Contact Milltronics direct for the manuals, they sent me a pdf of my 1992 Partner 4 back when I got it a couple years back. As for the valves, not they aren't supposed to leak. I had mine not working reliably and found that exact replacements were pretty expensive, like $100 each valve. I was able to buy 3 new valves, a new manifold and associated hardware for about $100 from these folks:

Before you BUY NEW VALVES.....

Call and ask about the UPGRADED style valves...

I got them all replaced on my two machines....
Have not dropped a tool sense!!!

Make sure you get the manifold that fits along with the valves. I replaced all of it as the old one had a slightly different spacing.

Yeah, for anyone going this route don't forget the blanking plates either if you get a manifold that has more stations than the amount of values you have..

I'm not Imsly, but I have pictures of the new manifold and valves from my machine. No tool changer, so not many valves, I did add one since this picture to use for my mist coolant system.

I also need one manual for the VM-16, because I have bought one and I´m a bit worried about unloading it from the truck with my forklift (3000kg) I would like to see the lifting instructions of this machine or the procedure of disassembling the enclosure to be able to approximate more to the machine and be safer...

Hi AlMol, It's probable a little late, The Vm-16 is ~ 6000lbs. there are flok slots on the base. pick up from the rear for long / high moves., ( better balance), pick up from the front to " slide into position"
We would need the machine serial # and model # to get the correct manuals. look at the machine data plate, ( ie: ser # 4057, model VM16B)
