    1/8" Aluminum flat parts needed.

Hello need (2) pieces of the front pattern .dxf file and (2) pieces of the rear pattern .dxf file.

The parts are made from 1/8" aluminum. Un-tempered is preferred but not required.

These can be machined, laser, waterjet, or plasma. Dimensional tolerance is +-.025"

*Bonus if you have a sheet/plate roller, and can roll a radius onto these parts, please let me know. This isn't required but if i can kill 2 birds with 1 stone might as well.

Please private message me your email address, contact info, and any more information you require along with a general quote.

    Located in WA state.

    Thanks,

    Diye

One person reported Alibre having issues with the .dxf files, here are the .STL files just in case. Also have solidworks files on request.

*bump. Part still needed. Anyone with a water jet or plasma machine could easily do this. Tolerances are pretty loose also.. I can supply the material even if you can't acquire it.

    Thanks everyone,

I looked at the DXF. At about 4.5 and 5.25 inches, plasma will not give good results unless maybe high def. The letters are the issue.
They will be an issue on a mill as well. They have 90 degree corners and both plasma and mill would have some degree of radius. Milling would be much more accurate on the lettering at this size too.
Waterjet may be the best method, but I know it costs quite a bit more. Laser should work well too and probably provide the crispest result.
