VF-633 PROGRAM TRANSFER TO USB AND WARMUP PROGRAM

HEY GUYS, I THINK I AM ASKING ABOUT A VF-6 BUT THE DATAPLATE ON THE BACK SAYS VF-633, I NEVER RAN A HAAS BEFORE BUT AM TRYING TO GET A PROGRAM FROM THE CONTROL TO A USB STICK, I GET TO THE PAGE WHERE IT SHOWS "SOURCE" AND "DESTINATION" SOURCE IS MEMORY BY DEFAULT BUT I NEED THE DESTINATION TO BE USB, I ALSO DONT THINK MY OPERATOR IS WARMING UP THE SPINDLE PROPERLY, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT A GOOD WARMUP PROGRAM LOOKS LIKE? ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED

it depends on what generation software you have. but if you have a "source and destination" page, i will take a guess ,,try this....
    1. high light the program in memory by pressing "write/ enter.
    2. press the left arrow button to move to the left half of the screen .
    3. arrow down and select USB
    4. arrow to the right to go back to the right half of the screen, this should show any data on the usb
    5. then you can press F2 to copy the program to the usb
