Doosan S310 Tool setter not working

    Hi All.
We have just purchased a second hand Doosan S310 lathe with Fanuc 18T control. It has a Renishaw tool setting probe RP3 and a load of macros to put arm up and down and to set tools with different vectors. However when touching the probe with the tool it does not stop the movement of the tool or update values but carries on with its full movement (about 10mm) then alarms with "3032 X, NO PROBE MOVEMENT".
When we try to use the setter manually it does not bring up the tool setting page or allow alteration of the values.
Does anyone have a Fanuc machine with this system that can tell us what is supposed to happen or can help please.
    Thanks

Doosan S310 Tool setter not working

We have just purchased a second hand Doosan S310 lathe with a Fanuc 18T control. This has a Renishaw RP3 tool setting probe.
When the probe is down and a tool is touched on it it does not update the tool setting data. There are several macro programs to set various tool vectors but they all do not stop when they touch the probe but carry on to alarm with "3032 X, NO PROBE MOVEMENT
When manually run the probe arm does not autoload the tool setting page or up date the values.
    Can anyone help please.
    Thanks
