    Dsp controller problem

    I have a dsp 501 controller and it reads...x axis over limit.
    How can I fix this ? Anyone? .

    Can you back the axis up off the limit switch? Or is it a "soft" limit, set in software?

    I can move it back and forth but it still says axis over limit
