    GdTool settings...

Just to make sure I understand everything... If I have a dc servo motor with these specs:

    Terminal voltage: 90 VDC
    Continuous current: 7.5A
    Peak current: 30 A
    Resistance: 0.85 ohm
    Inductance: 2.35mh

What are the right values in Gdtool for: Maximum peak current, maximum continous current?

I don't know much about electric...I usually need a drawing if I have to do electrical work, or an example to follow. For the moment I have one servo per drive...and settings is : Maximum peak current: 30000, maximum continous current: 7500, don't know if it's right??? BTW...I write wrong in first post...the servo is 70 VDC...not 90

I would like the manual to have more examples so a novice like me also could get it

Yes, 30000 and 7500 are correct values to be entered in GDtool.

Also you need to wire motor to "parallel outputs" way and choose the corresponding motor mode from GDtool. Otherwise peak current will be limited to 20A.
