Hello everyone. This is all new to me so hopefully won't waste anyone's time. I have just purchased a Bridgeport Series II Special milling machine fitted with an Anilam 3 axis controller 3300MK. Everything is like brand new and the machine was fully operational when demonstrated. After shipping and installation into my premises I am getting an error message when I power it up. ERROR... CANNOT DETECT MOTION CONTROL BOARD. I get a prompt to continue, press F10. This does nothing. I have tried pressing clear and enter. I have check the E-stop and servo reset etc and check all the limits. I have tried all these steps in manual and auto mode. I can't manually operate the spindle or any of the servos. I don't know where to go to next. Can anyone help?

Open the side cabinet, and check you connections

Thank you. I had checked and re checked every plug , circuit board connection and power.What I have found out is that I had too low a voltage to the hard drive. Supposed to be minimum 5.1V and I only had 4V. There is an adjustment to rectify this and to my relief it is now working.

Also make sure your 12v is good as well. If you don't know where to check it, I have the sheet from Anilam to show you how.
