Kitamura My3, Yasnac I-80. Machine is stuck in e-stop alarm. 2ndLS allows servos to start, then goes to machine unready (alarm 2190). Is this an axis limit switch problem? The DGN values show the axis switches are correct.
Machine was moving the x & y axis fine, but the z-axis was locked up. Now all 3 are locked.
Any suggestions?

Is one of the limit switches stuck? There should be two switches for each axis one is a home switch the other is a hard limit. If it’s a switch it would be a hard limit switch, pull up the ladder and confirm that all hard limit switches are either open or if any are closed. When all axis are off home position then all switches in the ladder would show open.
