Hi

please see attached picture it is for MPC6535 motion card that show the DLL and Firmware version is not the same.

In MPC6535 catalog told that the DLL and Firmware must be the same if not the machine doesn't work correctly and now we have a problem on cutting. please see the next attached picture that show the machine can't cut all the shape correctly and the machine can't observation of center cutting.

Does Some one have Leetro - MPC6535 control crad? Can you please see you << MPC6535 check.exe >> in your installation path : Does it the same for you?

Can you please help me to know how can i update it and have the same DLL with firmware?

it give me crazy.
No one have MPC6335 control card? i only want you go in below address :
C:\ lasercut 5.3 \ MPC6535 check.exe
or
C:\ lasercut 5.3 \ Mpc05Ver+M05.exe

please check your DLL , Firmwork and Hardware version. Does it the same or not? if no please let me to know what is the version number?

Hello there ,
This version check should opened after the communication with machine --card 6535 . OR it is invalid.
The first three figure of dll and firmware should same , then the machine will work .OR after you press start button on panel , you will get alarm "DLL version does not match with the firmware version ".
From the photo you attached , you need to update firmware or change the dll to make the dll and firmware matched . Generally , leetro suggest customer replace the dll to match firmware to solve this problem . So you may find the universal version 4222 to replace the current dll 4220 . But if your controller card 6535 is the special ordered version like 6535D or .... ,this might not work ,you have to find the very matched dll version .
