    Add comment in header?

Is there a place in Mastercam to add tool notes or setup notes that will carry into the post? I like to print the header so that I can get the tools loaded and I'm also writing the origin and notes, etc. on that same paper. I'd like to just type it into MC and have the program shoot it through, is that possible?

Given the nature of your question it leads me to believe that each of these comments will be specific per the program so why not just use a toolpath/manual input as the beginning toolpath and write anything you need to there?

That is genius and I can even select to output it as a comment. Thanks!

You can get the post to ask for inputs at runtime. But you would have to re type out every time you post. (Like I do)
Might be able to do it with the misc values, but don't think it would be flexible.
I will have a play to try and find something as I would find this useful too.

If someone knows how please give a hint.

I always use the Manual Entry for text about setup and stuff!

Works like a charm for ISO Codes aswell!
