RFQ - ti and 7075 alum cnc turned parts w/2nd mill/drill ops

I have some parts that I need turned, which will have secondary milling and drilling operations. The material of choice includes titanium and 7075 alum. Please be very capable and efficient, working well with these materials. Overall part sizes are around 1" OD and a few inches long. Shaft portions turned down to .197" dia. Secondary operations include tapping a few holes for m2x0.4mm.

I'll need a few samples of each part to verify capability and quality of work prior to short run production. I've tried having these parts done with multiple shops in the past and found the shops incapable of actually doing the work. This will be an ongoing working relationship with much future work, with the right shop.

If you can't find anyone let me know. I would be glad to take a look and give you a quote. I have 7axis swiss machines that, depending on the second ops, could more then likely do them in one op. Work a lot with 6AL4V with +/-.0005 tolerances.
