Z Axis Problem with NEW MPC6525 Controller setup

I'm still trying to upgrade my Weike LG900 Laser from a PCI to a USB
    Controller Leetro MPC6526.

I have everything working but I'm having a problem with the
"Z" access motors "they lock up" and do not initiate
(they make noise but are frozen)when I push the buttons. It's strange............
This video explains the problem: Leetro MPC6525 Laser Controller Card Issue

Is this a software parameter setting issue? If so how do I resolve it?
    or
What can I do to troubleshoot this?

I would truly appreciate any information anyone could give me.

    Hi ,
How about lower moving speed of Z axis ?
If you checked the pins on Z axis driver are matched Z pulse in software ? Contact manufacture what z axis driver pins should be .

Waiting for your good news to solved this .

    Best regards,
