Having Issues w/ PMDX-126 PMDX-134 and Ethernet Smooth Stepper

Hi I am building a CNC project. My Break out Board is the PMDX-126. I have the PMDX-134 board connected to it with Gecko G203v stepper drivers. The stepper motors are KL34H-280-45-8a. The power supply is the Antec PS-5N48. The BOB is connected to a PC (with XP) running Mach3 through a Ethernet Smooth Stepper. I have this all set up in the computer room. The basic wiring is all done. The main electrical switch powers the contactor. All of that has been sorted out. I contacted the PMDX-126 and the all the LEDS seem to be turning on/off as needed. The LED on the PMDX-134 powers on but I would think that the LEDS on the Gecko G203v should light up also but they don't. I have run a VOM over the circuit board and everywhere I think should have voltage does. I have set the Config switch settings and pushed the test button...nothing. If you can be of help I would certainly appreciate it...thanks

Do the 203's require or have an enable input? Or do they have a dip switch configuration to require it or not?
A lazy man does it twice.

Check the ribbon cables, the insulation-displacement connector's on the ends may not be squeezed tight enough!
Also check that they are on all the pins!

It's not what you take away, it's what you are left with that counts!
