Vector graphics to g code curves?

Is there a program that translates 2d vector graphics into G02 G03 g-code. Or is this just not done?

I have a 2d design made with bezier curves that I would like to cut into wood using my home-made cnc machine.

I can create g-code that does the job with a series of short G01 moves but it is not smooth like the cuts from G02 and g03 moves.

Hope I an in the right forum topic.

Vcarve Pro can fit curves to your vectors and export G2/G3 moves.
There are probably other CAM programs that can also do it.
