    a good cnc router controller board!!

    I am making a cnc router, and i have make a complett controller, all is working just fine, but emg switch and all the limit switches is not working. all the parts i have in that cabinett is some used that i got for free. i am thinking to get a new brake bord so work fine whit mach3. is it only made in china on the marked??? i need a link to some good bords.

    The HCNC is a controller. He is looking for a breakout board I think. Try Cnc4Pc, PMDX, Keling, Gecko.

    Thanks, i think i wil change to cnc4pc, but i make my cnc router run. wen i have to highe fead rate x is getting hot and dont follow, its just standing and making a noice!! i think its the heat but i am not sure. its run fine if i set the fead rate down alot. i have 4,2 amp motors and 36V powersupply maby i have to have stronger motors and power.

    Steppers will draw power even when idling. Some controller boards will reduce current to the steppers when idling. Steppers can get quite hot when running continuously. Usually hot enough to be uncomfortable to touch, but not hot enough to burn you. Maybe even a little painful to hold firmly.
