    ethernet connection

    We have a hartford mill with a fanuc ai200 control. We have the control connected to a computer running a ftp server. We can see the files that are on the computer on the control but cant figure out how to run them?

    Hi.
    Go to System, and proceed with right soft key until you can see ETH-PRM
    There you have to set IP address, Port number etc etc,....
    After that check the comunication, using PING comand from PC side.
    At the end press OFFSET, SETTING, and be sure that I/O Channel is setted to 9 (embedded ethernet)

    Sorry it took so long to reply the machine has been busy.
    We can't do a up/down load a file.
    I changed the i/o channel to 9.
    If we put the machine in dnc mode then go connect, host, oprt, board, it shows us the files the pc. After that we have the options, get , mget, lget.
