    Adding A 4th Axis

I Use Edgecam For 3 Axis Milling Now .the Boss Is Talking About Getting A 4th Axis Rotary As An Additional Capability For Indexing As Well As Simultanious Machining . Knowing That Edgecam Is Leaning Towards 4 And 5 Axis Machining, Is There Any Way Of Adding A 4th Axis In The Code Wizard To My Existing Post Processor (witch Works Just Awesome)???

If Not How Do I Set Up A Post Processor Useing My 3 Axis Processor As A Template.
Keep In Mind That I Want Edgecam To Post My Nc Code Exactly As It Dose Now But Just With An Additional Axis (4th Or A)

Any Advise Will Be Greatly Appriciated

I'm not an Edgecam post expert by any means. But you should consider starting with a 4X template for a new post. I think it would be much more work to add 4th axis to a 3x post, rather than starting with the 4x framework and making modifications from there.
